Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 8, 2026 Last Updated: September 8, 2026

MW-Dimensions (“MW-Dimensions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy and is committed to safeguarding any personal information you share with us.

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, store, protect, and otherwise handle personal information when you visit https://mwdimensions.com/, contact us, request our services, submit information through our website, use our digital tools, or otherwise interact with us.

This policy is designed to align with applicable data-protection requirements, including Jamaica’s Data Protection Act, 2020, and related regulations and guidance.

By using our website, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where the law requires us to obtain your separate consent for a specific type of processing, we will ask for it directly.

2.1 Information You Give Us

We may collect personal information when you:

  • Reach out to us

  • Ask for a quotation or proposal
  • Enquire about a service
  • Submit a service request
  • Register for training
  • Sign up for our newsletter
  • Make or ask about a purchase
  • Fill out a form on our site
  • Contact our support team
  • Use our AI Assistant
  • Communicate with us by email, phone, social media, or otherwise
  • Share information with us voluntarily in any other way

This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, enquiry details, service requirements, training registration details, billing information, and anything else needed to deliver the service you’ve requested.

Please don’t submit passwords, card security details, government ID numbers, or other highly sensitive information through general web forms or the AI Assistant, unless we’ve provided a secure channel specifically for that purpose.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Visiting our website may automatically generate technical data, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, access times, pages viewed, referring pages, and diagnostic or security-related information — as well as data gathered through cookies and similar tools. What’s actually collected depends on your device, browser, and cookie settings at the time.

See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide our services — respond to enquiries, run consultations, prepare quotations and proposals, deliver projects, manage them, provide support, process training sign-ups, and manage our relationship with you.

To operate our website — keep the site running securely, diagnose issues, improve performance, and remember your preferences where relevant.

To communicate with you — reply to your messages, follow up on services you’ve requested, send service notices, training updates, transaction confirmations, and — where permitted — marketing or newsletter content.

To run our business — keep records, manage payments, handle accounting, administer contracts, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect our legal interests.

To improve our website — where allowed, we may use aggregated or de-identified data to understand usage patterns and improve the experience.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal information where:

  • You’ve given consent
  • It’s necessary to provide a service you’ve requested
  • It’s necessary to take steps you’ve asked for before entering an agreement
  • We have a legal obligation to do so
  • We have a legitimate business reason that doesn’t override your rights
  • The law otherwise permits or requires it

Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits. Withdrawing consent won’t undo processing that already happened lawfully.

5. Contact and Consultation Forms

Information you submit through our contact or consultation forms helps us respond to your enquiry, understand your project, prepare a proposal or quote, schedule consultations, and deliver the service you’ve asked for. We won’t repurpose it for something unrelated without a proper legal basis.

6. Newsletter

If you subscribe, we’ll use your email (and anything else you provide) to send business updates, technology insights, educational content, company news, and service information. Where required, subscriptions are consent-based.

You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in our emails or by contacting us directly. Unsubscribing from marketing doesn’t stop essential service or transaction messages from reaching you.

7. AI Assistant

Our website includes an AI Assistant chat tool. Anything you type into it may be processed to generate responses, provide assistance, improve the experience, and keep the service secure. Because the underlying AI technology may come from a third-party provider, your input could be processed by that provider as part of running the service.

Please don’t enter the following into the AI Assistant:

  • Passwords
  • Card numbers or security codes
  • Government ID numbers
  • Highly sensitive personal information
  • Confidential business information you’re not authorized to share
  • Anything you’d rather an AI system not process

AI-generated responses are automated, may contain errors, and shouldn’t be treated as legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Third-party AI providers’ own privacy terms may also apply.

8. Payments

We may provide tools or links that let you pay for services. These transactions are typically processed by third-party payment providers, and your payment details go directly to them, governed by their own privacy practices. MW-Dimensions doesn’t intentionally store full card numbers or security codes on our own systems unless we say otherwise.

9. Training and Learning Services

Our learning portal at https://training.mwdimensions.com/ may collect information needed to create and manage your learner account, confirm registration, give you course access, track participation, communicate with you, process payments, issue certificates, and provide support. Additional terms may apply to that platform.

10. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies. Our site’s cookie-preference tool lets you manage categories including Necessary, Functional, Analytics, and Marketing cookies. Necessary cookies keep core functions running; non-essential cookies only activate based on your chosen preferences, where the law requires that. See our Cookie Policy for details.

11. Third-Party Services

We rely on outside providers to run our website and business — for hosting, domains, security, email, payments, our learning platform, AI technology, analytics, forms, cloud infrastructure, and communications. These providers can change over time. Where a third party processes data on our behalf, we take reasonable steps to make sure appropriate safeguards are in place. Some providers may also act as independent controllers under their own policies.

12. Social Media

We link to our Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Instagram pages. Linking to a platform doesn’t mean we receive everything that platform collects about you. If you interact with those services, they collect data under their own privacy policies — worth a read before you engage.

13. Sharing Your Information

We don’t sell personal information. We may share it, only as reasonably necessary, with service providers acting on our behalf, payment processors, hosting/tech providers, AI or communications providers, professional advisers, partners involved in delivering a service you’ve requested, government authorities, courts or law enforcement, regulators, parties helping protect our legal rights, or a successor in a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business.

14. International Transfers

Some of our providers operate outside Jamaica, so your information may be processed or stored abroad. Where legal requirements apply to those transfers, we take steps to meet them.

15. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected — or longer where the law requires it. How long depends on the type of data, why we collected it, our relationship with you, legal/accounting requirements, and any need to handle disputes or legal claims. Once it’s no longer needed, we securely delete, destroy, or anonymize it.

16. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — access controls, authentication, secure hosting, regular updates, backups, monitoring, and encryption where appropriate — to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, misuse, or alteration of your data. That said, no system online can be guaranteed 100% secure.

17. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to know how your information is processed, request access to it, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, object to certain processing, restrict processing, withdraw consent, request portability, and file a complaint. What applies to you depends on the circumstances and the law in question.

18. Exercising Your Rights

Contact us at info@mwdimensions.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity first, and we’ll respond within the timeframe the law requires.

19. Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please reach out to us first so we can look into it. You may also have the right to complain to Jamaica’s Office of the Information Commissioner.

20. Children’s Privacy

Our general website isn’t aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from children where that would breach applicable law. Any MW-Dimensions training or services involving minors may come with additional safeguards.

21. Third-Party Websites

Links on our site to other websites aren’t covered by this policy — we’re not responsible for their privacy practices, security, or content. Check their policies before sharing information with them.

22. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services, website, technology, providers, or the law changes. The latest version will always be posted here with updated effective and last-updated dates. Where required, we’ll give additional notice or seek your consent.
